Starting from the material of the heat sink base to
the number, shape and arrangement of heat pipe, the
material, size and shape of fins; the way of combining
all these components; the direction of air flow, the

4 U-shaped heat pipes |
| To make the best application of heat pipes,
U-shaped is adopted. Except the necessary bending to meet
the frame-work, the heat pipes are arranged as less bending
as possible ( more bending-less heat transfer efficiency
). The 4 U-shaped heat pipes form 8 contact area with
the fins for the most efficient heat conductivity and
dissipation. |

| Aluminum fins allow a heat sink to work
more efficiently than that of copper in very silent working
environment ( where usually a silent fan with low rotation
speed and air flow is applied ), so aluminum is chosen
